Privacy Policy

LeadBridge acts as a data processor on behalf of you, the recruiter (the data controller). We process the LinkedIn profile data you choose to send to your ATS, plus account and export metadata needed to operate the service.

What we store

• Your account email and locale.
• Your ATS credentials, encrypted at rest (AES-GCM).
• Export history metadata (candidate name, company, LinkedIn URL, status).

Your rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings. Data is hosted in the EU. Contact privacy@leadbridge.app for any request.
